They are not unsolicited and they were not combined with legalized ballot harvesting, elimination of signature verification requirements, and widespread use of unsecured drop boxes. Sorry sport the Governors and state secretaries unilaterally usurped the plenary power of the state legislatures to set voting laws and regulations in order to eliminate all voter chains of custody in overt violation of both the federal and state Constitutions.

But thanks for the reminder as to why we need to once again ban ballot harvesting, unsolicited universal vote by mail, elimination of signature verification requirements, and widespread use of unsecured drop which was unconstitutionally implemented by Governors and state secretaries under the guise of Covid in 2020.

This would actually be proof that such fraud is impossible to do on a large scale. It was discovered even though they only redirected "dozens" of ballots to their PO box instead of to the voter's address. This fraud was for the upcoming election so it was discovered even before the election occurred.
