Sure, Republicans are worse, but too many authoritarians in government is one reason why so many Americans believe our nation is moving in the wrong direction. Authoritarians are anti-freedom. Rather than focusing on the harder problem of better mental health care and, even harder, common sense legislation to back it up, they simply focus on treating American like children because "might makes right".
