I’m still open to the idea that Penny was justified, I haven’t seen any such evidence yet. I suspect there is a video in the prosecutor’s possession.
 
Like in so many other instances where thugs resist arrest or restraint, this thug would be alive had he not threatened others and resisted restraint.

Let's hear what everyone would have done... Especially if you were in the subway car with a grandchild, family member, or co-worker? Or even by yourself, with other strangers in car...

I would let him do whatever he wanted because if you interfere you get charged so if he wants to stab or shoot someone then so be it

It would be really hard to do that if someone was out of control, (which he clearly was) and you thought you could save others from potential harm...This is clearly what was happening...
But I understand what you're saying...
