Even back then the wage difference added to the tarrif meant the difference plus China wasn't a market to us then.
There are a lot of products made in China for the US market that could still be made here though. Your side pulled the plug on that though, so shut your idiot mouth.

Please inform me about this "legion" phenom. I hear this bandied about often here. I hope you're correct that I won't get banned from here. I never participate on any board with any hopes of being eventually banned. So you had me on ignore? How've you been reading my stuff? We've spoken directly to each other many times in the last month or so. Maybe the ignore feature works differently here than on other boards. As you may already know I rarely if ever put anyone on ignore. I had rsr on ignore at the other board for 3 years and I took him off for an experimental olive branch reckoning. He failed miserably but when I went to put him back on ignore he had been selected moderator and the machine told me I couldn't ignore management. rsr, management? Now that is hilarious!!!!!! I heard he has left there now. I've seen him posting on a couple of boards but he doesn't seem to last anywhere for very long. That's very easy for me to understand.

Legion is the name the conservatives give to new liberal posters. I was accused of being a legion puppet for months, as are many other new posters.
At least one member still has me on ignore due to the acusations, and yurt stills trys to say it. PiMP is often the first to acuse a liberal of being legion.
 
First, Legion is the guy with the name like a badly combed crewcut, and most likely he's also Rune, and he's been half a dozen other posters who've been deleted over time....

Second, they don't ban people here for being insulting, mindless idiots...which is what you usually get banned for....

Third, yes, I've had you on ignore, though from time to time I have seen other people quoting what you said and felt inclined to respond....plus, on weekends things tend to get boring and it was either pluck the wings off trolls or respond to my own posts.....

Fourth, normally I don't put people on ignore either....in fact, I think Legion (and you because I thought you were Legion) are the only people I've ever "ignored".....

I always liked rsr and miss him....even though when I first got there he neg repped me for being a liberal.....lol.....he was an excellent source of hard copy for using here and elsewhere.....

Have you ever posted at Politics and Current Affairs?.....You'd fit in well there....almost everyone is just like you......
