Actually, the defense was a clarification of facts that trump readily ignores. I'm sure it is illegal to simply slap a tax on one corporation, without taxing the entire industry. And if he does, I can't wait to see what he taxes himself/Ivanka on their imported garbage clothing lines.

So IOW Gm is not taking a principled stand, they're just saying they can't change their plans right now even if they wanted to. Jarod fail.

I said GM was taking a principled stand? No, I stated facts, I know facts are something Trumpovites don't like to acknowledge, but they are stubborn things.

It is a technique of someone who has nothing to argue to set up a false argument from the other side and knock it down.

Trump gets in, promises tax rate and regulation roll backs, and re-entry tariffs on goods coming back into the U.S., leftards rant again. Make up yer damn minds(whats left of them). Still, thanks for this Jarod, I'm buying a new truck soon, and this gives me another reason not to buy GM. I don't want to be hypocritical about this, when this country started bleeding companies and jobs, I cheered. I really thought it might teach the left a lesson about capitalism. I see that was a vain hope.
