GM announces layoffs 2000 jobs in OH and MI one day AFTER the election

Still not understanding the economic concepts, dear Person on the fantastical, right wing?

well how much do YOU think the American worker will have available to spend if the federal government charges a tax of all amounts higher than the earnings of third world workers?.....

just clueless and Causeless?

Firms will be less willing to leave, if they can't leave simply for cheap labor, not location, without being subject to excise taxes for the difference between what they pay over there, and our minimum wage over here.

why is it you can never answer a simple question.....how much is left when you've taxed everything over $500 a year........is it $500, child-liberal?.....

because, it is irrelevant. that is why no one takes the right wing seriously about economics or the law. it is Your red herring.

Firms will be less willing to leave, if they can't leave simply for cheap labor, not location, without being subject to excise taxes for the difference between what they pay over there, and our minimum wage over here.

Sounds like you need to learn some basic economics yourself before you start casting dispersions on others. You show a lack of understanding on how a global economy operates and how a nation grows its wealth in your statements here

You just sound, clueless and Causeless. We need more than your say so. Why not build an argument? Too much of a "work ethic" required, for free.

it was your fucking statement......I've just been asking you to explain why you said it, you simple minded twit.....

Firms will be less willing to leave, if they can't leave simply for cheap labor, not location, without being subject to excise taxes for the difference between what they pay over there, and our minimum wage over here.

why won't you answer the question daniel.......afraid to admit you haven't a brain in your head?......what's left after taxing the difference between our wages and third world wages......$500 a year......how do US workers live on $500 a year?......

because it is irrelevant. US firms have to pay the minimum wage in the US. There is no reason not to excise the wage difference, so Firms only leave for better location, not Only, cheap labor.

Firms will be less willing to leave, if they can't leave simply for cheap labor, not location, without being subject to excise taxes for the difference between what they pay over there, and our minimum wage over here.

and you want the government to take it all.....what do we live on?.....

How old are you?

Firms will be less willing to leave, if they can't leave simply for cheap labor, not location, without being subject to excise taxes for the difference between what they pay over there, and our minimum wage over here.

Why do you believe it will affect you, if you live in the US?

How old are you?
All I am reading is hearsay and soothsay, but no actual solutions to our First World problem of cheap labor.

Why shouldn't the federal government simply excise the difference between the market rate in Third World economies, and our own, First World economy and standard of living.

64....if you want the government to take in taxes everything we earn in excess of third world wages what....do.....we....live.....on?.........

just lousy reading comprehension? We are discussing Firms leaving the US, for cheaper labor, not, location, location, location.

Why shouldn't the federal government simply excise the difference between the market rate in Third World economies, and our own, First World economy and standard of living.

you can't seem to see the very easy question I have asked you a half dozen times and you question MY reading comprehension?.....the federal government should not do it because we cannot live on a Third World income......now answer the easy question DP......

It is your straw man argument. Are you trying to "look tough" so you can beat your own manufactured, straw man argument?

Why shouldn't the federal government simply excise the difference between the market rate in Third World economies, and our own, First World economy and standard of living.

What that means, grasshopper, is that expatriate firms will be paying the equivalent to our minimum wage here, even if they are over there, in the Third World.

Excising the difference means tax revenue from those expatriate Firms, that provides for "equalization" with our First World economy.

no..that is not what it means.....first of all it isn't even what you said......you started out throwing "minimum wage" into the phrase about two pages after this argument began.......you said "Why shouldn't the federal government simply excise the difference between the market rate in Third World economies, and our own, First World economy and standard of living"......you proposed the solution was for the government to take as taxes the difference between what we earn in the US and what the citizens of a third world country earn.....which could be even less than $500 a year........you, being a brainless liberal, haven't been able to explain your stupidity for the following six pages......
