Globull Warming

My late dogs have much nicer urns than that, Oom.

Then again, in all fairness, I will admit that they were much nicer creatures than I'm capable of being.
They loved me despite my being a prick because I was never a prick to toward them.

It's fucking people that set me off.

I suspect you have been a pain in the ass to everyone you ever met. Thank you for your admission.
Back on topic, Globull warming is a scam and nothing more than a transfer of wealth.

Thank goodness your avatar is our lovely Vice President and not one of the deplorables who crawls around in your circles.

Thank you and I agree. I have always had kind of a soft spot for hoookers and Heels Up Harris was a natural choice and fit the bill perfectly.

Wow....so alt lefties STILL don't understand the climate is and has always been changing.

Wow....so conservatives don't understand at all that there is a difference between that, and the kind of accelerated change we've seen since the Industrial Revolution?

I sometimes wonder if any conservative has read anything on climate change, or if they just take their talking points from Fox.

We tend to ignore it because we know by all past recorded events, it is bullshit.

What possible history has anything comparable to the Industrial Revolution and the current population level?

Sounds like you might want to read up on it a bit more, in the context of the times. But thanks for admitting you don't know much about climate change.

To be fair Judith Curry doesn't say it's a hoax, rather it's highly exaggerated by the media, politicians and alarmist scientists. Which it is beyond question, how many people have read about this study?

More cold waves in India over past decade: Study

Extreme cold waves are increasing across India “despite global warming”, a new IITM study has indicated.

The analysis, led by Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) scientists Raju Mandal and Susmitha Joseph, took into account the number of cold wave events over the past seven decades, from 1951-2022. The researchers discovered that more cold wave days are occurring in recent decades than in previous ones.

Note: India declares a ‘cold wave’ when the temperature reaches 10C (50F)-or-lower, or is 4.5C below a locale’s average.

Like people such as yourself ignore the
Mid-Holocene Warm Period, the Penultimate Interglacial Period. the Little Ice Age, the Medieval Warming Period and the warming that occurred between 1910 and 1940.

I've never ignored any of those events.

Sorry I just don't believe you!

Paleoclimatologists have long suspected that the "middle Holocene," a period roughly from 7,000 to 5,000 years ago, was warmer than the present day. Terms like the Altithermal or Hypsithermal or Climatic Optimum have all been used to refer to this warm period that marked the middle of the current interglacial period. Today, however, we know that these terms are obsolete and that the truth of the Holocene is more complicated than originally believed.

Okay. That doesn't make any of what we do TODAY sustainable.

It isn't. It's impossible to ignore that.
