Rudy Giuliani told Fox News on Wednesday that special counsel Robert Mueller has told the president's legal team he will follow Justice Department guidance and not seek an indictment against Trump.

Fox News has played a trick on you.. Mueller told Trump's lawyers that he will NOT indict a sitting president.. All he can do is report the facts.

As I remember it, four Democrats DID VOTE for impeachment...which is done in the House...NOT THE SENATE.
Bill Clinton...WAS IMPEACHED...and yes, some Democrats did vote for impeachment.

Again, try improving your reading comprehension.
I know they blabbed, but Mueller does not leak. Those who have been interviewed say that Mueller has a lot more info than most believe and he is way ahead of what the right believes.
This is something educated people know investigators cannot bring charges. They merely investigate and might make him recommendations but it's ultimately up to the court system in this case Congress to bring any charges. You should have learned this in grade school.
