Well, when being questioned, a person would be really stupid to be sarcastic with the police or prosecutor. If you are like that and can’t stop yourself, it is best to be silent. It’s best to be silent till you have representation in all cases.

That’s why Team Trump doesn’t want to talk to Mueller unless Mueller is ‘acting in good faith’. That’s always been a dubious proposition but after the incident with Judge Ellis—it’s totally out the window.

Trump shouldn’t talk to Mueller, at all, or if he has to he needs to take the 5th.
