Math doesn't work the way you seem to think it does. 2+2 doesn't equal "they cheated."
It does to those who drank the Trumpian Kool-Aide.

it does say there is a right to observation however........none of your conditions for restrictions are relevant.....why didn't the investigators even ask why?......pretty fucked up investigation wasn't it?...
Well, Marty, in Georgia, the Republican poll watchers were told that the vote counting was stopped and to go home, at midnight.Poll watchers have a right to watch provided they keep their mouths shut and don't involve themselves in what they are watching. Poll workers have no duty to suspend counting or not resume counting because watchers happen not to be there. Assholes have
no rational basis for complaining that ballots were counted without watchers being present even if the counting is not clearly shown on video; in this case it is clearly shown on video and assholes complain anyway.

They went home and the vote “counting” continued.
It’s not the votes, ir’s who counts the votes…Marty.

Rudy's admission the whole thing was a lie confirms the investigation.
So far, all of the claims about election fraud have been debunked and none proven true.
sorry, whatever Rudy lied about is irrelevant to the truth of what I have posted about the unconstutional election of 2020.....

I think they call that the "Sgt. Schultz" defense.
You don't get to decide what is unconstitutional. That is the role of the courts and none have declared anything unconstitutional including the WI court.
....using procedures not authorized by the state legislature is unequivocally a violation of the US constitution......
Nope. Using procedures not authorized by the state legislature is a violation of state law. It does not even violate the state constitution unless it is specifically prohibited. A violation of state law is not a violation of the U. S. Constitution.
If the state law authorizes a 30 minute lunch period for election workers and the supervisor gives them 45 minutes, that hardly makes the election unconstitutional even though it is not consistent with state law. Again, no court declared anything unconstitutional in the 2020 election.
obviously when state election officials conduct a federal election by means not authorized by a state legislature it is not a constitutional election when the constituton clearly states that only the state legislature can decide how an election can be conducted....
(by the way, no state legislature has passed any laws saying how long ballot counters get for lunch.........GA required observers be given notice of counting so they could in fact observe.......GA law did not authorize counting to be resumed after observers had been told it stopped until the next morning.......nor had state legislatures passed laws in WI or GA or AZ or MI pass laws saying there could be unsupervized drop boxes.......PA did but there the state SC held that the PA constitution still prohibited their use.......in all five the state legislature had not authorized ballot harvesting......I wonder if you see a difference between observers, ballot harvesting and unsupervised drop boxes on one hand and lunch breaks on the other)......
Obviously, unless and until a court of law has found a federal election was conducted in an unlawful manner there has been no violation of state law, let alone a violation of the U.S. Constitution. You've been beating this dead horse as long as I've been here.
Get over it.
