Ginsburg knows, if Trump wins, the rule of law is at risk

Reality, U.S. Presidents DO NOT MAKE OR ENFORCE LAWS.

Executive branch
Judicial branch
Legislative branch
Branches that Mexicans that can not swim use to cross the Rio Grand for the free healthcare that you enjoy paying for.

Tell it to the Donald, "the Donald." I think he's confused about that.

Presidents do not have the authority to MAKE LAW...that duty belongs to congress and congress alone (both houses). But....the president is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in these United States, as well as commander in Chief of all the armed forces. Under Article II of the US Constitution....the president's duty in law enforcement is to oversee the implementation of Laws written and ratified by Congress, The US president is next the executive in charge of the now existing 15 executive departments of our federal government. Even though the president does not routinely and directly issue orders in relation to law enforcement, he does possess the authority to issue Executive Orders concerning existing law...not the authority to change or draft new law from the office of potus..but the issuing of special orders for those existing laws making sure they are enforced to the letter of the law.

This president misses the Constitutional Mark on all levels....he assumes the authority to MAKE NEW LAW by changing the scope and limits placed by congress on ratified law, and sometimes he issues EOs for laws that do not nor never have existed in these United States, This is called the edits of a DICTATOR. Example: He refuses to enforce the existing laws passed by congress concerning IMMIGRATION, personally calling them racist in nature....an authority that he does not posses. Even if he (president), does not like the existing ratified law, its his duty to enforce it by RULE OF LAW. If he wants it changed, he cannot do it by EO, he must lobby his congress critters just like every other citizen that he has sworn to constitutionally SERVE.

A half truth is not agreement if one is looking for truth. Presidents do possess the authority to enforce the law....even if its a "delegated" authority it exists as stated very clearly in Article II.

see your post on this thread, No. 40 where you stated "......or ENFORCE THE LAW...":)

Indeed....a concern about the RULE of LAW coming from a leftist judicial radical who pisses on the constitution with extreme prejudice. :whoa: Who has openly stated that if she had her way she would negate the law found in the US constitution in favor of abiding by the laws that come from the United Nations.

What she and all leftists fear is the cessation of the Dog and Phony show where MONEY purchases the best radical judges that money can buy and places them on the supreme court in an effort to by-pass and circumvent the legislation of constitutional law from the peoples representative in congress.....the cessation of legislating NEW LAW from the bench by changing (amending) the words of the constitution by opinion only void of the required 75% super majority state representation required by the US RULE OF LAW.

Right....err....Left, she is a firm believer in the "US RULE OF LAW and THE CONSTITUTION"...she firmly believes that US LAW should only be subject to interpretation from the standard of US LAW...the US Constitution.....NOT!!!!

"Trump’s disdain for the rule of law and our constitutional system is a central tenet of his political philosophy — underlying, for example, his flagrantly unconstitutional proposal to ban Muslims from entering the country and his calls for loosening libel laws, notwithstanding the First Amendment. Trump’s overt racism and his contempt for the Constitution were on full display as he attacked Judge Gonzalo Curiel — a district court judge presiding over two civil cases involving Trump University — solely based on the judge’s ethnic background."
