When we get back in power, we should simply declare that trump was never president, and that no justice appointed by him is legitimate, and remove all justices appointed by him from the court in which they sit, declaring the seats vacant.
 
The 45th president will appoint the next supreme court justice. Trump, appointed in violation of the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment, is not president. There are only 8 supreme court justices. There is no president of America.
 
Citizen trump should be arrested for treason, trespassing on the white house, and misappropriation of public funds as a private individual. The 45th president should seek a life sentence.
 
We should also pass a new law making falsely taking an oath of office for a position you are not constitutionally entitled to possess punishable by death. Sort of line stolen valor laws.
 
"Original"-ism - an ideology that judges should be bound by what they imagine the bigotries and ignorances of the people who wrote the law to be, rather than ruling based on the clear meaning of the words.
 
Scalia was a hack and I'm glad he's rotting. I hope he suffered as he died. He deserved it. The worst judge in American history, he did nothing besides hurt this nation. He was an evil man who ruled arbitrarily based on his political views rather than the law.
