The company can investigate but not demand the person divulge consensual sex. Let's say an employee is sleeping with the boss' secretary. What would happen to the secretary if that knowledge was divulged? It would raise questions about whether she was passing along confidential information, for one thing. And God forbid if the boss was a Righty! Like Gingrich, even if the Righty boss was having an affair he'd still most likely disapprove.

It's nobody's business and the reason it's nobody's business is because of the sick attitude society has, in general, concerning sex. Maybe when society matures things might change.
