I agree. He is out of control and really doesn't make a good impression for America. He is a guest in that country!

That's because the Indian culture realizes the wisdom in containing Mr. Gibb's outburst, even if he doesn't. He's uncouth and unmannered. He is the guest in that country. Hopefully Obama checks his ethics good and hard!
