No, I don't want to pay high taxes. If the economy was better managed- if these vast handouts to foreign governments were ended, if the military spending was slashed- then everybody could pay far less tax. There would be enough money to provide free healthcare to everybody that needed it.

Sure, Sanders isn't perfect- but he's far better than anybody else currently on offer. He was the LAST time around- and the time before that.

Of course, rightist extremists don't want free healthcare. They want poor people to suffer and die as god intended.

It's not how much is spent, it's where the money is going. Who gets rich off of healthcare? It's not most Americans.
