Host of “Hardball” Chris Matthews has been all-in for Hillary Clinton since the beginning, and he’s made no secret of his bias during his coverage of the 2016 election. But at this point in the cycle, Matthews seems so frustrated that Sanders would dare to stay in the race that he seems close to a conniption fit.

It might be time to give Chris a break so he can collect himself, maybe do some yoga, and move on from his righteous indignation over Sanders.

But before he goes, let’s all look at Matthews’ most recent freak-out regarding Sanders and his still-in-existence campaign.

Matthews chatted with Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver about Sanders’ mathematical possibility of being the Democratic nominee.

Partisan does not mean extremist. There are plenty of left-of-center journalists who are not especially partisan (like Woodward, who became famous for destroying Nixon, attacking W, and then attacking Obama).
