Get The Feds The Hell Out of Our Education System.

Oh I see. So the free market doesn't appy to educators? Why the fuck should I work as a science teacher making jack shit. ($35,000 to $45,000/year), work 12 hour days, including extra curriculars that most educators are pressured into doing, then work 4 more hours at home grading papers and creating class plans for the next day? When I can make $75,000 to $100,000/year and work a forty hour week and not have to put up with bullshit from illiterate GED's like you?

I guess by your way of thinking one gives up their right to charge what the market will bear for their services when they become a teacher?

No one is forcing a pusillanimous pissant prarie punk like you to be a teacher. In fact, I'd prefer you didn't.

Once again, you're the one that keeps bringing up the strawmen; it's not our fault they keep catching fire.

I never brought up those points. You did. Now you're being dishonest. I think you've gone on this topic about as far as you can. When you start accusing me of doing what you're doing then you've lost it.

It is you and your ilk that saw kids graduating with dangerous views on AIDS. In Alabama, back in the late 80s and early 90s, there was an attempt to add AIDS awareness to the sex education classes. I know a teacher who had a girl say "I heard you can't get AIDS from oral sex, is that right?". Apparently the people (like you) who approved this course had foreseen such questions. The ONLY answer the teacher was allowed to give was that oral sex was illegal in the state of Alabama.

Yeah, nice education there.

No, I never had any input in the schools of Alabama. Try again.

You didn't need to tell us that. It's pretty fucking obvious! LOL

Just as obvious that you and your pals are indoctrinated. When you believe something and you don't know why other than that is what you've been told then you're indoctrinated. I much prefer to make my own decisions about life based on my own knowledge and what is true rather than what some perverts want me to believe.

I for one didn't think dumbass Failias made more than teachers. However I don't know 1 college educated person who makes less.

No, I never said that. I said I don't want public schools teaching kids that homosexuality is normal. I never said anything about sexual information.

But then it would appear that they shouldn't teach them that heterosexual is normal either, so how are they going to teach sex-ed?

I'm sure those benefits will help pay the mortgage and keep the lights on.

I never had a problem with my mortgage of paying my bills when I made less than $50,000 a year. You're not gonna convince too many people that $50,000 in wages and $50,000 more in benefits a year is not a livable wage.

Govt indoctrination centers where they teach our kids that homosexuality is normal. A real school would teach that homosexuality is perversion and we don't know if people are born that way or not.

But it's not a perversion, except to those that have an agenda against it, and we would also have to teach that we don't know if people are born heterosexual or not, either.

Most Americans have had an agenda against it for over 200 years and now we are supposed to accept it as normal. Nope.

Now-now, that could be seen as you just wishing for something to be true.
It wasn't that long ago thqt most Americans had an agenda that would have seen Blacks as being less then human, that it was OK to smack your wife around, that children were property, etc, etc.

Are you saying I held or hold those views?

Once again, you're the one that keeps bringing up the strawmen; it's not our fault they keep catching fire.

You're the one that brought up the 200 agenda point and I brought up others that were seen as acceptable, during the same time period.
If you're going to cherry pick which agendas you're going to promote, please say so.
This is not the same country it was 200 years ago. We have progressed and will continue to do so, with gays being allowed to be married.

Teaching our kids that homosexuality is normal is not progress.

And homosexuality isn't a philosophy; ergo: you're complaining that apples don't taste like oranges.

The homosexual agenda does not belong in our public indoctrination centers any more than teaching on the life of Jesus does. Public school should teach English, History, Science and biology, Math, Languages, Health and hygiene. We should not be spending our tax dollars teaching that homosexuality is normal and people are born that way any more than we should be teaching on the life of Jesus.

Perhaps you can answer this question I have. If we can't teach creationism because we have no proof, why can we teach that homosexuals are born that way when we have no proof?

Your apples are not going to taste like oranges, no matter how you slice them.

You didn't get all of my words in your quote. These are very important.....

"Perhaps you can answer this question I have. If we can't teach creationism because we have no proof, why can we teach that homosexuals are born that way when we have no proof?"

You are not going to convince anyone with a college degree that $50k a year is "doing well" either.

It's not the truth. Teaching the truth is progressive.

You haven't proven that it's not the truth.
All you've shown, is that there are people who refuse to accept it; just like there were people who were convinced that interracial marriage would destroy the heritage and customs that were part of the US.
