Not sure about this question or the point your trying to make.

But as with all greedy and wealthy it flourished with the rise of capitalism. How do you think your leader got so rich? He is a "Real Estate" mogul that cheated, schemed, lied and use corruption to get what he wanted. Its people like him who drove housing prices up to rates no one, but the rich can afford.

The housing market is way deeper than a few neighborhoods in liberal CA.

You say you have a sister who has worked 40 years in real estate (i'm assuming residential) and you still have no idea of how the housing market works, especially in California. How is that possible?

There are more Republicans than Democrats there because it's a majority Republican district.

Trump purposely picked his cabinet appointees, which is what created the four special elections to begin with, from safe Republican districts.

There was no way any Democrat could've won in any of the four races.
