It can’t be answered sensibly until you define what you mean by ‘superior’. Superior at art, marathons, power lifting, linguistics, cooking, etc etc? What do you mean by ‘superior’?

But the short answer is no; there is no superior race. The term ‘race’ as its applied to humans is essentially meaningless in terms of science. The ‘racial’ distinctions are trivial in terms of genetics or any other measure.
