Genuine question to constitutional lawyers: how is this not a blatant violation of the emoluments clause?

To me this seems to be as cut and dry of a violation of Article I, Section 9 , Clause 8 as there could be - especially along originalist thinking. I know there aren’t many details here, but how is this even remotely legal?
