which is exactly what fascism is, right? of course it is.

the government doesn't have any constitutional power to assume control over financial institutions. They CERTAINLY don't have the authority to profit from it, unless they plan on distributing those profits to people like you and I.

The government already has that power with respect to certain institutions and has indeed assumed control over plenty of financial institutions over the years, including three banks just last Friday.
 
The facts dont matter to them just the crazy rants of Glen Beck, Lush Limpballs and the likes of washed up b movie actors.
