The SDTC now imports most of it's electrical power, since 'green energy' sources don't generate anywhere near the power required by the Territory. Those lines are already heavily overloaded. It's only a matter of time before a fault in one of them leaves the SDTC in the dark, probably during the summer with all those air conditioners running.

The Left (aka Democrats in the US) have ignored decades of evidence that solar and wind are ungodly expensive as energy sources and will not work to provide the energy the economy and society need.
