The Car manufacturers are on board with our president and are making electric, hydrogen, and hybrid automobiles by the millions which is creating and preserving thousands upon thousands of jobs.
But the Oil Industry is trying to just save their dinosaur oil drunk asses laughing all the way to the bank by investing in Republican politicians to stall the inevitable. The Oil industry does not care about what is good for the planet, our lungs and health, our water, or our future so long as it is running on Gasoline.
ALL I AM TRYING TO SAY HERE, IS THAT THE CRUDE-OIL INDUSTRY AND THE GASOLINE MARKET IS VULNERABLE TO WORLD EVENTS SUCH AS WARS AROUND THE WORLD THAT EXPLOIT US AND OUR DEPENDENCE ON OIL BY CREATING SHORTAGES, INFLATION, AND CHAOS.

Not many hydrogen cars out there. Tesla sold about a million cars worldwide in 2021. That's about 2% of the market. Hybrid cars require gasoline.

There is far less lithium and in few supply locations than there is for oil. There is even less in cobalt, a necessary chemical required for the batteries in EVs. A lot of lithium smelting is also done in China, not exactly a friendly country.
