Gas prices down, jobs up

The thing about the Americans though is the desire to live in FantasyLand....the Chinese keep honest books and make decisions based upon reality....I have no confidence that the Americans do.
 
Another thing too is the question of how much of the American labor market is black market....15%? 20%?.

Its massive whatever it is, by the design of the Elites.

Inflation is making people feel 'poorer' because someone told them they should feel that way. It's so completely overblown it's gotten laughable. Family of four. Average cost of living in 2021 was 7,095 a month. Median income was less (meaning most families couldn't even afford the average). THAT is the problem in a nutshell. If inflation was zero, it would STILL be the problem. We have a wage/wealth gap that has continued to grow since 1980. One party wants to fix it, the other doesn't. Can't get much simpler than that.

If people are paying more for less and thus are poorer (due to inflation) I don’t think they are experiencing an illusion or are the victim of some hoax being perpetrated on them.

The wealth gap is a separate discussion and there are multiple reasons for it, arguably the biggest has been the Fed. I don’t think either party has tried to address the Fed but maybe you feel otherwise.

Is the massively expanded and made into a literal army IRS going to go after the massive black market economy which is evading taxation?
