Gary Johnson Gains Support And May Take Ohio Out of Play for Romney

Lol...now we're telling them who their safe bet should have been.

Proof liberals are smarter than cons!

By definition any republican who is acceptable to a libtardiot has got to be a RINO. Just like any democrat acceptable to a republican will be rejected by you libtardiots. Stop with your nonsense. Who do you think is buying it?

dude get serious......there is no way you believe he's going to get enough votes to beat either of them....what's your real motive?......

His motive is to find a way to remain a fucked-in-the-head liberal, as he always has been, without actually supporting Obama.

Here's the problem with Gary Johnson, the kind of idiots who will support him, didn't vote for John McCain last time, the majority of them lapped up Obama's "hope and change" message and won the election for him. These same idiots had no intention of ever supporting a GOP candidate, they probably would not vote if Johnson weren't in the race. He's not costing Romney votes, because Romney never had them to begin with. I actually think he hurts Obama more than Romney, for this reason.

You and PmP are both idiots. IF Johnson actually is polling at 10% he is taking more from Romney. In that case, Republicans SHOULD vote for Johnson to keep Obama from getting the EC votes. If I were Romney that is what I would be telling Ohio voters. Also, in a way I will be very happy if Romney loses because of Johnson. Maybe it will teach the Republicans that if they pick someone like Romney they cannot rely on libertarians to vote for their milktoast nominee. AND, if the Republicans had chosen Paul I would have voted for him EVEN though I disagree with him on abortion and gay marriage.

I have never been a liberal. I have always been pro-second amendment, pro-flat tax, pro-military. I am only socially liberal, I am fiscally conservative, so I fit neither of your kool-aid drinking parties.

you see, that's why nobody likes third parties......you care less about getting your candidate elected than you do fucking things up for one or the other mainstream party.....

Things should be fucked up for both mainstreem parties. It would be great for America if we could shake up the two party system.

Again, I don't think the voters who support Gary Johnson were ever going to vote for the GOP candidate anyway. Most Gary Johnson voters didn't support McCain last time, they supported Obama or the Libertarian candidate. A lot more than will admit it now, bought into the "hope and change" hype from Obama and were mesmerized by his charm and polish, and that's how they voted. Oh, he's gonna be a moderate! But now that the bloom is off the rose, and without any reason to support Obama, they've turned to the next flash in the pan, Gary Johnson! It could have just as easily been Ron Paul! Who it WASN'T going to be, was whoever the GOP candidate was. And I can prove that.

You'll notice, your rebuttal seems to be predicated on the notion that "Republicans" selected a candidate and not the people. "Maybe it will teach the Republicans that if they pick someone like Romney..." The voters went to the ballot boxes all over America, and they voted for Mitt Romney more than any other candidate. There was no 'selection' made by the GOP Big Wigs, the 'establishment' GOP favored Romney, but so did the voters. We had a primary, each candidate had their moment in the spotlight to make their case and be heard by the people, and the people voted. They chose Mitt Romney. I'm sorry it wasn't Ron Paul or Gary Johnson, it was Mitt Romney. So who are your really trying to teach? The millions of conservative voters who cast their respective votes for Mitt Romney? Well, sorry, you don't have the numbers to teach them. Gary Johnson finished dead last in the GOP primaries for a reason, and he didn't have anywhere near 10% support, which tells me his 'base' currently, can't be coming from the GOP side of the political spectrum.
