Garland Names Special Counsel on Biden Documents

If a person hits a pedestrian who runs out in front of them and immediately calls the police and medical aide to the site of the accident

Should they be charged with murder?


And then another person hits a pedestrian who ran out in front of them then runs that person over again along with witnesses on the side of the road


And then drives away and hides the vehicle in a swamp and denies being anywhere near the scene

Then lawyers up to help him lie to the police by filing court papers that are found to be full of lies


Should they be let off?

Has Biden claimed the documents belong to him, or refused to return them after they were subpoenaed and kept them for many months after demand for their return was made, in fact never returned scores of them - they had to
be taken from him?

Yeah he pick a special council from within the bubble so any grand jury would come from within the bubble. We need this in a more neutral area of the country where there is a 50% Democrat 50 % GOP voting population. Maryland had 2 to 1 Biden to Trump voters. Garland just stacked the deck.

Yeah this whole mishandling thing does not require intent. So it does matter if Biden intended to do it or not.

The grand jury merely indicts. Then 12 jurors have to be unanimous in a criminal jury trial. Even on Newbury Street in Boston, you're not going to choose twelve people at random and get twelve Democrats.
If people decide to vote on political grounds, nobody will be convicted of anything.

Jurors in the majority have been known to intimidate jurors in the minority.
