I’ve moved on, I just find Dershowitz defense absolutely frightening. I think all Americans should be concerned. I knew Trump wouldn’t be convicted, but at least he will always be IMPOTUS.

Earl changes my posts in his quotes, and TOP claims I send him emails. It is crazy what Republicans will do when trump is being proven guilty.

Earl has not come up with the part of the Constitution that it says anything about the "impeachment investigation", or the part that gives the Supreme Court the right to overrule the House. In fact, the Constitution gives the House "sole power", which means the Supreme Court has no constitutional say.
