It’s being reported that one Republican went so far as to warn his people about being photographed with Gaetz because they understood it was a matter of when not if he was in trouble. This is another rich kid, whose daddy always bailed him out of trouble. He doesn’t understand consequences and now, they may be catching up to him and daddy’s money and influence won’t help.

And btw, if the blackmail claim is true, it doesn't change the underlying crime, which is being investigated by the DOJ. If you are being blackmailed for a murder YOU COMMITTED, you are a criminal. You probably don't want to go to the police and report the blackmail.

I don’t know what the definition of the crime being investigated, but it isn’t blackmail. The persons weren’t offering silence for money, it seems to be more along the lines of extortion, a quid pro quo.
