Ga voters sue to overturn special election

A group of Georgia voters and a Colorado-based watchdog organization filed a lawsuit late Monday asking a judge to overturn the results of last month's 6th Congressional District special election and scrap the state's voting system, Colorado Politics has learned.
The complaint, filed in Fulton County Superior Court, alleges that state and local election officials ignored warnings for months that Georgia's centralized election system — already known for potential security flaws and lacking a paper trail to verify results — had been compromised and left unprotected from intruders since at least last summer, casting doubt on Republican Karen Handel's 3.8-point win over Democrat Jon Ossoff in the most expensive House race in the nation's history.

Its because she is a woman. Right?

The new lawsuit comes weeks after the publication of a classified National Security Agency report describing a sophisticated scheme, allegedly by Russian military intelligence, to infiltrate local U.S. elections systems using phishing emails.
The suit cites the work of private cybersecurity researcher Logan Lamb, who discovered last August that a misconfigured server had left Georgia's 6.7 million voter records and other sensitive files exposed to hackers. The complaint also notes that seven months after Lamb made that discovery, another researcher was able to do the same.
A spokeswoman for Kemp did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday. But in a column Sunday in USA Today, Kemp blamed the news media for developing "false narratives about Russian hacking and potential vulnerabilities in the system. The prevailing plot line is that states like Georgia can't provide suitable security for elections."

The resistance /this..what is the matter with Dems that they cannot accept the results of an election?
If that's their "resistance" to contest elections they lose, well that's not much of a resistance is it?
Come to think of it, the only thing I've seen of resistance is
1. Excuses tour from hrc
2. Violent protests against the 1st Amendment
3. Liberal media/entertainment, notably CNN & MSNBC looking very amateurish ( interviewing Elmo, really?)
4. Hollywierd types making asses out of themselves calling for beheading and assasination.
and
5. Contesting elections they lost.
Well, good luck with that.

Did the lefties already do the usual recount yet? When lefties lose, we should expect to see lawsuits, recounts, protests, crying, fits, tantrums, violence and obstruction.

mysoginy is at the heart of this lawsuit. Democrats just cannot accept that a woman beat a straight white male in a fair election. If she won she must have cheated.

Stand up to mysoginy. Stand up to Democrats. #imwithher

Didn't Deshtard once say voter fraud is NON EXISTENT?

Now here she is screaming about voter fraud

The irony is delish

if the DNC ignored the Ossoff race and kept it low key they would have won.

You see where Obama is trying to 'help' the party out?

Democrats are so bereft of young leadership they have to bring Obama back. This isn't a good development for them. It's a proven axiom that only Obama can win on Obama's policies.

In early 2003, activists found a version of Diebold's secret software on the Internet. The code had so many security flaws that one group would later post a video of a chimpanzee changing votes.
Weeks later, Diebold's then-CEO Walden O'Dell famously wrote to fellow Bush supporters in a fundraising letter that he was committed to "help Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the President." It didn't take long for political activists, many of them already suspicious of the new voting technology, to begin diving through the company's dumpsters and picketing its shareholder meetings.

Is everyone catching on? Many of the articles posted by evince are backdated. Could we therefor assume that perhaps the 2008 and 2012 elections were rigged also?
Tread carefully now, evince, because your evidence could just backfire.
Almost ironic, isn't it?
