As the House committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol has built its public case that Donald J. Trump was at the center of an attempted coup, the panel has relied heavily on a seemingly unlikely stream of witnesses: Mr. Trump’s own advisers, his fellow Republicans and even his own family.

Those closest to Mr. Trump have been deposed, portrayed or shown dismissing the former president’s false claims that the 2020 election was stolen. And yet the fight to thwart the will of the people continued unabated.

It's amazing that in spite of all twump has done, people like Barr would still vote for him.
 
They are not torn, they know the truth, won’t admit it fearing the wrath of Trump, so they rather just ignore it, admitting Trump owns the GOP

The GOP, GQP, so-called republican party, and insurrectionist faction at war against democracy, humanity as a morally corrupt atrocity has realistically torn up its relationship with America, its society and its U.S. Constitutional law at conducting their seditious and moral atrocities against society and humanity on Earth on taxpayer money, etc.

Yes and it seems ALL of the ones who were part of that coup were the ones that refuse to testify. I wonder why that is if they all say Trump actually won and the election was stolen. I would think they would want to present their evidence and prosecute those who executed that steal? Why would that Clark guy take the 5th 150 times during his meeting with the committee? Why did he ask the president for a pardon? Anyone who still believe the orange assholes claims is a blithering idiot.
 
imagine if the Demmycrats had put half as much energy the put into prosecuting those who realized there was something wrong with the election. into making sure we would never again have another unconstitutional election......
