A lie? You say that so easily. Did you consider for 1 second he did not know they were there? They were left there years ago.
When Trumpy was "raided" his lawyer was there. Trump was trying to steal them. Biden was not. They are not Trump's documents. Trump lies about the FBI coming for the documents he repeatedly lied about.

Imagine if 2 people borrowed library books and didn’t return them. 1 forgot about the book, finds it a couple years later, and then immediately gives it back.

The other person knowingly takes the books & refuses to give it back when the library sends request after request for it

It would be if people were in and out that you did not instruct to put the coke there. If it was not open and obvious.
