Now, what's the raw population numbers for each group?
Then, what's the ratio of those convicted of said crimes to the above mentioned.
I'll give you hint: the number of these crimes committed by black folk is less than a fraction of 1% of the black population.
So no matter how many times you juggle the stats, the majority of the perpetrators of murder and rape will still be Caucasians.
