Vermont is 96.8% white according to the 2010 census. What happened to a State that supports the concept of diversity? If people see a minority in Vermont, the first thought is they either made a wrong turn somewhere or they're passing through to another state.

I get what you're saying, but this dude wasn't suffering from a bout of depression or anxiety. He was hearing ISIS voices for crying out loud.

Counting Fort Hood this makes two instances where someone dropped the ball on a military person who should have been Red Flagged as a potential threat.

I just don't want the fed govt determining something as subjective as 'mental illness'. Nothing is worthy of trashing the 2nd.
