From the field. My very conservative, and very religious brother-in-law, came over for dinner last night. Although he has been claiming that he would vote for Trump, yeah now that when he voted yesterday morning something came over him and he couldn't do it. He voted straight Republican down the ballot but left his presidential choice blank.

I'm hopeing a lot of conservatives make that choice when faced with actually voting for Trump.

so your brother did decided to leave the space blank that our brothers and sisters died to give him the right to do? sounds like a real piece of work

They gave you the right not to vote as well. This is the thing about freedom, you do as you feel is right.

That is why this election is so easy to predict. The assumption is that the event which you just described (and based on your history of lies I doubt your story) is only happening with republican voters

I haven't heard any liberal consider the fact that democrat voters may

a) pull the lever for Trump
b) leave the Presidential blank
c) not turn out to vote at all

anecdotally what we do know based on reports of early voting not cherry picked by the democrat party is that black and millennial voters are down significantly from 2012 and 2008. That is significant. Now the spin is that she will make it all up with high spic vote. I don't know if there are enough spics or not. There may be. We will see

Did you consider that your brother just didn't want to tell you he was voting for Trump?

Generally, the rule of thumb is that you are less down as you get older. How awesome are Millennials, that we are more down than in 2008 and 2012?

That's similar to how me and my parents voted except I wrote in Evan McMullin for president and then just filled in the box for straight party since I didn't know that much about some of the judges and those types of elections. My parents and my brother all voted for Trump although my parents seem to be more anti-Clinton than pro-Trump.

Jesus did in His own words in the Bible

Jesus talks to you?

Are you familiar with the concept of a circular argument? This is the classic example:

"The Bible is the word of God"
"How can you be sure it's the word of God?"
"Because the Bible tells us so"
"Why believe the Bible?
"The Bible is infallible"
"How do you know it's infallible?"

I would encourage you to read some of Jesus's words. Even if you don't believe the same way that I do I think you would appreciate the good in His words. If you have then ignore what i'm saying.
