I used to live near chicago. finding a gun was just as hard then as it is now.........which is to say not that fucking easy. Indiana follows the same federal laws for selling firearms as Illinois AND illinois residents cannot buy handguns in Indiana. your theory if almost all myth.

Taking away guns from crazy and angry people, making owners who qualify get tested and pay for a renewable registration, and making them carry insurance for gun damage their weapons cause would be a good start, . There are lot of things that should be done. Allowing this carnage and reign or the NRA terror to continue would be a crime.
