Ultimately it doesn't really matter if all religions are fake, what's more important is that many people need a moral framework which they are not capable of deciding for themselves.

They do not wish for their corruption, evil, crime, cheating, oppression, dishonesty, fraud, lies, tyranny, and deception to come to an end, and for justice (Islam) to prevail.
 
They choose to dominate where they think they can dominate. Their immediate target is, naturally Europe with Spain at the top of their list. You might argue that Turkey is at the top of their list but I would consider that battle to be in its final throes. Spain was, until the thirteenth century ‘Moorish’ and called Al-Andalucia (or something like that). The Moors were run out by the Roman church and have rather resented their removal ever since. Finally banished in 1492 (quite a heavy news year!) . Seville cathedral, as has been mentioned here before ,used to be a mosque until the Muslims were driven out. (For a long time they and the Christians, co-existed in Spain).

The UK is in their sights because of the influx of Muslims from Pakistan, a former member of the British Empire. Certainly room for some hindsight criticism of the British foreign policy there!

So, in the time honoured tradition of only fighting the battles you think you can win they have, surreptitiously, taken on the UK. France is another quite soft target.
Turkey, Spain, France and the UK are the gems on the Muslim shopping list.

Of course you don’t! They have quite enough fronts on which to fight. Any moves into the US will be by the use of ‘soft power’. Nice, smiley people drawing small numbers inexorably into their web with the occasional loony setting off a bomb.

I admittedly do not understand this religious argument going back and forth and whether some people love muslims or are not their biggest fans but I do know that we know some Chinese governmnet officials and the pension fund money we are raising in the U.S. want to invest in Chinese real estate which I think we have the ability to pull off.

So I actually have no point other than that I'm an idiot which is a given but we are going to take some U.S. union workers money to China and make a freaking killing of a return.

Very nice catch. That's what I was saying, about it being cultural, mostly to south asian, and the tribal customs of some african and arab nations.

Its obviously a horrific custom.


I don't know what the statistics are, but I'm sure the magnitude violence and control of women is measurably higher in countries where women are not socially and politically empowered. It's clearly more related to culture, politics, and sociological reasons. I really doubt american or swedish muslims are committing statistically higher acts of violence against women, than their nation's demographic average.
