Freedom ...and the pursuit of happiness!

Little shows that to magats the concepts of 'Freedom' and 'Pursuit of personal happiness' are meaningless empty words they parrot, when what they actual want and will demand, when they can accrue enough power is 'Conformity' and 'Fuck what makes you happy'.

There is zero logic to demanding the kid 'conform' to a single standard of what any group sees as a 'Standard' in a public school when his choices impact no one but himself.

If you believe that, then if enough 'Indigenous', 'Asians', 'Blacks', or any one group can take over any public school board, by getting their group in to control, then you must be ok with them then saying 'all students must conform to our view of what is appropriate and conform'.

Of course we know magats would scream bloody murder if it was demanded, in a public school that they conform to any non-typical-white standards or to then be kicked out of school.

Of course a basic standard around hygiene and other such considerations is fine, as that can actually impact others. But going much beyond that just highlights how, no matter the level power gained, magats will always tend towards fascist type control, over the support of 'freedom'.

Texas high school Black student suspended over hair likely won’t return to his class anytime soon

A Texas high school Black student who has been disciplined and kept away from his classroom for months for refusing to change his hairstyle is not likely to be back with his regular classmates anytime soon.

Efforts by Darryl George’s attorney to ask a judge to pause his punishment by his Houston-area school district over his locs as well as a civil rights lawsuit he and his family filed in September remain on hold in federal court.

George, 18, returned to in-school suspension at his campus, Barbers Hill High School in Mont Belvieu, Texas, last week and for now he will remain there. Before that, he had spent a month at an off-site disciplinary program...

...George was first pulled from his classroom in August after school officials said his locs fell below his eyebrows and ear lobes and violated the district’s dress code. His family argues his hairstyle does not break any rules.

George’s family has argued his punishment is discriminatory and violates the CROWN Act, which became law in Texas in September and is intended to prohibit race-based hair discrimination and bars employers and schools from penalizing people because of hair texture or protective hairstyles including Afros, braids, dreadlocks, twists or Bantu knots.

In court filings, attorneys for the Barbers Hill School District have said students don’t have a protected right under federal law to wear their hair at the length and style of their choice while attending school....

Jaleesa Reed, an assistant professor at Cornell University whose research focuses on the intersections of beauty culture, identity and place informed by human geography, said repeated attempts to control Black hair expression through such policies shows the need for the CROWN Act at the federal level.

“Rather than punishing students, providing opportunities to learn more about cultural hairstyles could enrich the learning environment and foster acceptance of differences,” Reed said.

William Sherman, an attorney in Washington, D.C., and the legal strategist for the CROWN Act, said that George is being denied an education.

Why? Because his hairstyle does not fit the Eurocentric ideal of neat and clean,” he said.

I will make a prediction while not acting like I am taking any big risk in saying it...
This discussion will break down by very predictable lines.

The Magats who post here will immediately and harshly take the side against 'Freedom' and 'Individual pursuit of happiness', while arguing that Euro whites should be able to set a euro white standard for all in Public schools. What they will not answer or address, is if in an area, lets say AA took control of the School board, would they support them demanding all white kids wear a hair style, such as in above picture, or those kids get kicked out of their public schools. They will dance and avoid that question.
