That’s a good point.

Collusion is ruled out. So basically, Flynn lies to the FBI over something that...on its face at least, is not illegal. Also, WashPo reported last January that the FBI had the tapes of Flynn talking to the Russian and nothing illegal was discussed.

It's always the lie that that messes it all up when usually no real crime was committed in the first place. If Clouseau is that desperate, I guess he'll get Flynn sentenced to a couple years at Eglin Air Force Base and he'll be out about after a few months.

I am not overly familiar with Mueller. But I do know he hasn't charged anyone under the logan act. If he was, it seems pretty stupid to have him get his witness to admit to being a liar. I do know that I am more intelligent than you. You simply spew forth whatever latest talking point you can find. You cannot defend the ignorance of those running around yelling about the logan act. You run away from the fact that other former Presidents have taken similar actions as President elect. You ignore the fact that no one has ever been convicted of violating the Logan act.
