Fox News Losing More Market Share Than Bud Light

Other than Fox fans, nobody buys the NYP for its news/opinion, its circulation is due to its sports page, it won’t change
Correct.

It used to be a fairly credible source for news in NY.

Now it's no better than a tabloid that reports UFO sightings.

The 6 PM news used to be good foreign coverage. now it's shilling for endless blank check for Ukraine war

Only Hannity - and only if he has good guests - are worth looking at. Laura Ingraham as well - shes a populist
they rest is corporate lite with a dash of left of center

Recall they have been wobbly for quite some time with Chris Wallace, but now thy are just a mishmash

I'll have to stream Nwsmax. Im not crazy about it, but i like political TV at night

Well Fox built its viewing audience over the last thirty years and has been veering to the left for the left few months. Black Rock bought 12% of Fox and has been advertising heavily on Fox and Paul Ryan was put on the board. So if FOX wants its audience back they will have to do course correction. News Max is killing it though. :)
Black Rock bought 12% of Fox
that's hilarious/ Fox goes ESG investing

Newsmax viewership is but a fraction of Fox. Is that what you call "killing it"?

Not to worry; they'll find some other lying asshat to take his place. Personally I wouldn't believe her either. She is tainted by the lies of Fox and has quite a collection of her own.

Left = truth. Translation: Fox lost their shirt *and* pants in the Dominion case so now are reporting far more truthfully.

That decline is only for the Tucker time slot. Overall the network is doing fine with American dumbasses who live and breathe political dogma. This is from a current Washington Post article:

"Fox still holds a commanding lead over the competition on MSNBC and CNN. And the network has weathered similar short-term declines in the past, including a minor dip after Bill O’Reilly was pushed out of the network in 2017. He was replaced by Carlson, who had the most-watched show in all of cable news in 2021 — eclipsing Sean Hannity, who earned that title between 2017 and 2020. The 5 p.m. panel show “The Five” was the network’s most-watched show in 2022, and it’s tracking that way again in 2023."

As for NewsMax killing Fox, not exactly:

"Viewership of Newsmax remains far below that of Fox News. But its audience at certain hours has doubled, and in some time slots tripled, in the immediate aftermath of Mr. Carlson’s exit — an abrupt spike that has turned heads in conservative circles and the cable news industry.

On Monday evening, Eric Bolling’s 8 p.m. Newsmax program drew 531,000 viewers, according to Nielsen. One week earlier, it had 146,000. On Tuesday, Mr. Bolling’s audience grew to 562,000 viewers, equal to about 80 percent of Anderson Cooper’s CNN viewership that evening. Newsmax’s other prime-time shows also experienced big jumps.

The sharp rise in viewership can be timed almost to the minute of Fox News’s announcement on Monday that it was parting ways with Mr. Carlson, in part because of private messages sent by the anchor that included offensive and crude remarks."

Fox is toning down the right-wing lies that they have been telling for years. Lose a billion or so and you get gun shy. The Fox viewers demand to be told the same lies that Fox did. Newsmax is happy to do so, so their viewership will climb.
Fox, Trump, and Newsmax are not the problem. It is the followers who live in a tiny world of hate and lies. They love being in that cult. They seek out anyone who will feed the lies to them.

Good job. I was right. You can't trust Fox or anyone that works or used to work for them. They give out half-truths that equate to false information.

Newsmax and OAN will find themselves eventually in the same position as Fox, sued by those they've lied about. And their gullible idiot viewers will believe that it's all the fault of the Derp State and libtards trying to cancel the "truth."

They better enjoy it while it lasts. If Dominion wins its lawsuit against Newsmax it will bankrupt them.

They will have to be a bit more careful. They cannot survive lawsuits like Fox can. Fox has a huge empire in sports and entertainment. https://www.foxcareers.com/ That is why they can survive one lawsuit However the next one may hurt them badly..
