FOX news are liars and their CEO admits to it under oath.

You did not even read it did ya....

I did the issue after summary judgment is the validity of the statements.

I was just pointing out that Fox and the Republicans made billions by attracting simple minded easily manipulated viewers.

I would rather you stop trolling....this is an important matter.

I don’t care what you prefer.

I think it’s important for as many as possible to see the manipulation that was occurring and how easy it was to con certain people.

Such a fortunate oversight for FOX. Because Murdoch "is not" an officer of the corporation Dominion was limited in its discovery requests.

Speaking under oath, Rupert Murdoch, the owner and chairman of FOX news confirmed that his commentators endorsed the claims of a stolen election and that when off the air they all knew the election fraud claims were bullshit.

After FOX's own admission they are liars I would be utterly embarrassed to support such a channel. They only cared about saying what their ignorant viewers wanted to hear. Now watch some of those same ignorant shitheads come forth and continue to support these liars (or try and claim the same old "everybody does it" bullshit, they don't). Now even their CEO is apologizing to the judge for lying to him.

Fox News apologizes to judge in defamation case for failing to disclose Rupert Murdoch’s role at the network

I doubt it'll make much difference to the Foxaholics. When you've been in the cult that long, you're BLINDED BY THE RIGHT.

Do you think that explanation will work in court?

What, that they have a right to lie? No. It may not make it to court as FOX is trying to settle now, I hope they don't.

Fox defamation trial delayed, network pursues settlement talks
The $1.6 billion defamation trial against Fox has been pushed back by a day, the judge said on Sunday, with a source familiar with the matter saying the media giant was pursuing settlement talks.

Does he somehow think that Fox, and himself, are separate from what their commentators say and do, esp. on orders from above?

And isn't lying to the court perjury?
\

Yes which is why Murdoch told the truth under oath that FOX and it's commentators lied to their viewers and more importantly, that they knew they were lying to their viewers.

"Murdoch is set to testify, along with a parade of Fox executives and on-air hosts, including Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Jeanine Pirro."

You can bet none of them want to sit on the stand and lie.

Do not dispute the claims of power under the Revolution or else you get hurt is the lesson being taught.

Constitutional America is dead.

I'm not sure what the fuck that means but your first amendment rights do not include being able to flat out lie to your viewers and wrongfully discredit a company. Especially when you do it intentionally.

This is exactly like when a man says something that a woman does not want him to say and she then launches a program to administer to him enough pain that they next time he will do as she wants.

There will be no questioning of election results.

Of course they won't be questioning election results, there isn't a shred of evidence to support the claims of a stolen election, they will simply look stupid trying.

Ten days after the election, Fox's fact-checking "Brainroom" said there was "no evidence of widespread fraud" and "no credible reports or evidence of any software issues." It added that "claims about Dominion switching or deleting votes are 100% false" and called assertions about supposedly deleted Trump votes "mathematically impossible."

Six days later, Fox Corporation Chairman Rupert Murdoch privately called the story "really crazy stuff." That same day in a text conversation with fellow Fox News host Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson flatly stated that "Sidney Powell is lying." Ingraham agreed that Powell could not be trusted: "Sidney is a complete nut. No one will work with her. Ditto with Rudy." In a deposition, Fox News host Sean Hannity said he "did not believe" Powell's claims "for a second."

Fox News host Brett Baier told Jay Wallace, president and executive editor at Fox News and Fox Business, "none of [it] is true as far as we can tell." In a December 1 email, Baier said Powell's claims "can't be remotely true." Lucas Tomlinson, another Fox reporter, responded that the allegations were "100% not true" and "complete bullshit."
FOX news and all of it's commentators knew they were lying.

I would rather you stop trolling....this is an important matter.

I read it and quoted it. It pretty much proved that FOX lied to the public and knew they were lying to the public. you don't have a first amendment right to lie and discredit a private company.

Such a fortunate oversight for FOX. Because Murdoch "is not" an officer of the corporation Dominion was limited in its discovery requests.

Murdoch just apologized to the judge for lying and saying he was not an officer when in fact he is.

Fox lawyers had repeatedly claimed Murdoch did not have an official title at the network, only to later reveal that he serves as the Fox News Executive Chair.

Doesn't even begin to compare to THREE+ YEARS of spreading the Russia Lies sedition..

There was no Russia lies. They did influence that election and nowhere were there news commentators claiming anything that was not true.

And like I said in my first post, the ignorant FOX viewers will still come out and support them regardless of the fact they were lying. Here you are with your fucking stupid comment supporting them.

I like it when liars and bullshit-spreaders have their feet held to the fire.
