Speaking under oath, Rupert Murdoch, the owner and chairman of FOX news confirmed that his commentators endorsed the claims of a stolen election and that when off the air they all knew the election fraud claims were bullshit.

When asked by an attorney in court "Did FOX at times endorse this false notion of a stolen election," Murdoch demurred, saying, "Not Fox, no. Not Fox. But maybe their commentators."

The lawyer pressed on. Did Fox's Bartiromo endorse it?

Murdoch's reply: "Yes."

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro? "I think so."

Then-Fox Business Network host Dobbs? "Oh, a lot."

Fox News prime-time star Sean Hannity? "A bit."

Pressed whether they endorsed the narrative of a stolen election, Murdoch finally gave in: "Yes. They all endorsed it."

After FOX's own admission they are liars I would be utterly embarrassed to support such a channel. They only cared about saying what their ignorant viewers wanted to hear. Now watch some of those same ignorant shitheads come forth and continue to support these liars (or try and claim the same old "everybody does it" bullshit, they don't). Now even their CEO is apologizing to the judge for lying to him.

They tune in to Fox to be lied to. Fox is fertilizing the gardens of lies and conspiracies. It is what rightys want to hear. Fox was certain that crazier right-wing networks were going to get their viewers if they told the truth about anything, especially Dominion and the elections. So they sold the sliver of integrity that had and fed the crap to the rights. They are eating it up, and wonder why they have diminishing respect.

Yes except most of them are so ignorant that I'm not seeing much "diminishing respect". It seems even when FOX tells them they are flat out lying to them as long as they continue to do so they will watch. It's what they want to hear so they don't really give a shit if it's a bunch of lies.

It's equally unrealistic to expect an obvious entertainment network for idiots holding itself to the standards of legitimate news reporting.

Every genuinely sentient person knows what's going on,
and all the rest aren't ever going to understand what's going on.

It's probably just a no harm, no foul situation.
The goobers aren't going to change what they think if you send them the news directly from Mt. Sinai.

Does he somehow think that Fox, and himself, are separate from what their commentators say and do, esp. on orders from above?

And isn't lying to the court perjury?

Probably you are 100% right, but that doesn't mean that Fox can't be held liable and responsible for damaging the reputation of the voting machine company. I hope they lose and lose BIGLY.

This is exactly like when a man says something that a woman does not want him to say and she then launches a program to administer to him enough pain that they next time he will do as she wants.

There will be no questioning of election results.
 
I hope that Fox News has to pay the 1.6 Billion, and that this bankrupts Fox.
