If Fox settles with Smartmatic, and I'm guessing they will for about the same percentage, then if there is a changing of the Board at Fox, then there should at least be many new board seats added.

Are there any criminal penalties attached to these revelations?

They did it because the Constitution is gone and it was obvious that there would be no fair trial.

I’m not sure, isn’t there another lawsuit by shareholders as well?
 
So called journalists lie all day long and get cheered for it, so long as they are telling the lies that the Regime wants told....the citizens who are not still asleep are well aware.

No, FOX settled to hold down legal costs. Look at it this way, it is about 30% of Budweiser's loss.
 
This case has nothing to do with truth/lies.....this is about the new reality that dissidents of the Regime are hammered and hammered hard to discourage the practice.

If there isn't, then there should be. If I was a Fox shareholder, I'd be pissed about the mismanagement and gross anti-American ideals being used by the monarchist Murdoch family.

Is it really a wonder that JPP RWers support the monarchist/dictator concept? They claim to be revolutionaries but are really Tories seeking to strip Americans of their rights unless they are white and male.

Because while they yap about standing up for journalism and the Constitution the Murdochs are not willing to do it if costs them money.

No doubt they saved money on lawyers. Don't such corporations have legal teams on retainer? Still, it's clearly a win for Dominion and truth.
 
Apparently the lawsuit against Fox by Smartmatic is still on going, so Fox isn't out of the woods yet.

Nope. Fox lied a lot - and they'll be hurt much more in the long run than Bud.

Who trusts that network now? I get that a lot of their conservative viewers are gullible and care almost nothing for the truth....

No - they did it because they lied, and really hurt a legitimate company, as well as election integrity in America.

Really bad lies. And they knew they would lose, because they lied - so they cut their losses.
