If no one else has posted this yet, CNN is reporting $787.5 million, not a lot less than what Dominion was suing for. And Fox has issued a statement admitting that they lied.

It would have been a good tactic to refuse a NDA and insist on a public statement of wrongdoing, which Fox supposedly has done by now. The whole lawsuit was about the damage to their reputation. That can't be repaired without admission of guilt, and a hefty award.

What was the deal with Fox admitting on air that they had no information that the things they said about Dominion were true. I saw that statement read on several Fox programs several months ago (Dobbs, Judge Jeanine, others). Was it part of either lawsuit?

Or, another way to look at it - they paid 3/4 of a billion dollars because they knowingly lied to their viewers.

One gets the sense that you morons think that Fox News has a mind control link to the enemies of America just as the NRA does.

This is not reality, dissidents of the Regime have not trusted Murdoch Corporations more than other corporate news for several years now.
