Founding Fathers: possibility of a Trump-like POTUS reason for impeachment clause.

Losing an election isn't reason for impeachment.

Crazy leftards get more nuts by the day. Your anniversary for losing the election is coming up. Only 7 more years to go.
didnt your parents teach you cheating is not the same as winning.

also the man is obviously crazy and very stupid

Didn't your parents, if you know who your baby daddy was, teach you that when you lose it doesn't mean someone cheated. It means someone else is better than you.

They knew it was possible that at some point in the future, some mentally unstable incompetent buffoon like Trump could worm his way into the WH and so, they created a mechanism with which to unseat that person.

Let's hope that there are enough sane Republicans in Congress with enough political spine to put that mechanism to use before it's too late.

What you have now is a Republican Party whose core political philosophy can be defined as "being against Democrats". That is pretty much the entirety of their political ideology, and it is their top priority. The welfare of the nation is far, far, far, below their priority of simply being against Democrats. Don't take my word for it. The mental gymnastics, back flips. and goal post-moving message board Trump-ettes are engaging in to defend their Orange Hero is truly remarkable.

Which is why I think it is unlikely (not impossible) that Drumpf will ever be impeached. You have an entrenched Republicans Party who cling to power by gerrymandering, the undemocratic Electoral College, voter suppression, and by the disproportionate power given to sparsely populated rural states. In short, they cling to power through undemocratic processes and schemes. And short of Drump doing something that would literally take down the Republican Party with him, congressional GOPers and message board Trump-ettes will be his wingmen for the foreseeable future.

I think is a few years though, we will see the George Bush-effect kick in......lots of message board Trump-ettes will ultimately claim in the future that they never supported Trump, in the same way a lot of them deny they supported the Iraq War and George Dumbya.

Former Bush speech writer tells Republicans it’s ‘time to panic’ about Trump’s mental stability

Michael Gerson, a*Washington Post*columnist and former speechwriter for George W. Bush, has a simple message when it comes to President Donald Trump’s mental state: It’s time to panic.

In his Friday column, Gerson slams Republicans — starting with House Speaker Paul Ryan — for keeping their heads in the sand when it comes to openly talking about Trump’s mental stability and fitness for the office of the presidency.

“It is no longer possible to safely ignore the leaked cries for help coming from within the administration,” he writes.*“They reveal a president raging against enemies, obsessed by slights, deeply uninformed and incurious, unable to focus, and subject to destructive whims.”

Gerson goes through a long list of Trump’s character flaws, but he says that the president’s mental fitness for the office is the one trait that really keeps him worried at night. He then argues that Republicans cannot keep counting on advisers such as Chief of Staff John Kelly and Defense Secretary James Mattis to keep Trump in check forever.

That is way beyond "rights of the minority" when States as Wyoming, not a State full of minorities of any kind, get more representation than other areas of Americans equal in size

wyoming has 3 electoral votes? how many does California have? go learn about the electoral college before you whine about how unfair you think it is and while you're at it, go read websters.com for the definition of minority.
