The Constitution has been amended many times. :palm:

They lived under monarchy; they understood the threat of big gov't, and that the threat of monarchy/socialist authoritarianism would always be present.

Our founding fathers were part of an era where Slavery was the norm, women were there for the fucking and cleaning only, AND ONLY WHITE MALE LANDOWNERS WERE ALLOWED TO VOTE OR HOLD PUBLIC OFFICE!

Let me just ask you- If Mitch McConnell showed up to work in a powdered face and wig, mentioning God in every sentence- do you think his fellow Republican Congressmen would make fun of him- or praise him?
