Former Trump White House Lawyer Ty Cobb explains to CNN's Erin Burnett why he believes Trump will go to jail amid news from multiple sources that the special counsel investigating the former president will receive 16 records that show he knew the correct process for declassifying documents.

Trump keeps referring to the Presidential records act which he claims says he can take any document he wants and declassify it.
Anybody who has held a top secret clearance with the government knows this is complete bullshit so one has to wonder why he keeps saying it. He looks like a moron everytime he repeats it. I guess he figures his base will swallow the bullshit so that's good enough for him.
