It would be nice, but socialism requires social morals for free; and the right complains about socialism.

Since we already subscribe to capitalism, why not merely use sufficient socialism, to solve simple poverty in our republic on an at-will basis in our at-will employment States.

It would be more simple and more cost effective, than our current warfare-state regime of a War on Poverty.
