Her campaign worked with an established consulting firm to do opposition research -- the same as one of Trump's Republican opponents had done before that. There was nothing scandalous about that.

Well, those are easy...

Christopher Steele, the guy that produced the dossier is a British citizen. That makes him a "foreign agent."
Since the Steele dossier is now proven a lie, that the Hildabeast was claiming it as true, knowing according to testimony of her subordinates, while knowing it was a lie she lied about Trump.
That the Steele dossier was then used in FISA courts unvetted

means those that used it lied to the courts. This has been subsequently proven and caused the resignation of the principals at the FBI to resign.

That's more than enough evidence to make any reasonable person know it was a lie. As the document was a lie, the surveillance was illegal and based on a lie.

Does this rise to "treason?" No. Was it feloniously illegal? Yes. Was the Hildabeast involved? Definitely, up to her beady little eyeballs.
