Pictures are evidence. I use them daily for forensic investigations and get paid quite well for doing so.

I would think that the driver would have targeted a crowd of Blacks, not a crowd of whites, if it was on purpose. And if his purpose was to kill ISIS style, he would have kept coming back and running people over until his vehicle was disabled.

I've watched a fair amount of Charlottesville video but that was my first car homicide compilation.

I'll let a jury decide on the guilt of the driver. A couple of things I noticed that are undebatable though. One is that a few people were injured by rank stupidity in climbing on top of a car that had just rammed into a crowd.

Another is these people were armed with clubs and who knows what all, so it's not at all implausible that the suspect felt intimidated and/or that they were beating on his car before the incident.

But one thing absolutely jumps out at me: there isn't a cop in sight!

I doubt there is such a thing but the Charlottesville cops should be charged with police malpractice. The whole affair is begging for an external investigation.

Sounds like a job for Sessions.
