To be fair, I cannot confirm since I am deaf. But I rely on others to confirm it. You say he didn't. Others said he did. Or at least somebody did warn her. People KNEW the gun was drawn on her. There cannot be any doubt of that. It's pretty clear that someone was videoing the gun in question. That person KNEW.
